Dr. Neale Foster
Neale brings a wealth of broadcast, connected TV and consumer electronics industry experience to his role of spearheading ACCESS in Internet Connected Devices. ACCESS is one of the world’s leading software providers for connected mobile, Digital TV, set-top boxes and other electronic consumer devices. Neale ensures that ACCESS develops software solutions that enable broadcasters, operators and consumer electronics manufacturers to connect the broadcast world with the consumer electronic world to successfully launch new business models and consumer services. Prior to joining ACCESS, Neale was Director of Business Development at Miniweb. Before that, he was Vice-President of Channel Sales and Business Development at Espial where he spent seven years. Neale has over 15 years technical and commercial experience in the consumer and software market.
Robert is Manager, Field Engineering at ACCESS Europe GmbH.
Deployment of IPTV and digital TV systems. Managing the delivery of solutions to major customers, including TV middleware, user interfaces and set-top box based solutions. Working with major telcos and STB OEMs for customer deployments and trials of new technologies. Knowledge of embedded software through to installation and configuration of IPTV middleware platforms.

Dr. Fleming Lempi
Dr. Fleming Lampi is Global Product Director at ACCESS, where he oversees the development and strategy of ACCESS’solutions for media sharing and data management. During his professional career, he gained experience within a number of areas, such as engineering, consulting, editing, integration and management for companies including Siemens, Bruker, element 5, Heiler Software, eureleA, SpoVNet, Kavisio, net mobile and more.
Since 2003, he has been focusing on the broadcast and streaming industry, both from a technical and commercial perspective as event, project, and product manager as well as in business management.
Fleming studied computer science and focussed on multimedia and e-learning at the University of applied sciences in Karlsruhe and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mannheim.
